Doctoral work at C2N (CNRS, Université Paris-Saclay). The calculations combine DFT+U, hybrid functionals, G0W0, DFPT, band alignment and alloy models (supercells and the virtual crystal approximation), with Bayesian optimization used to calibrate the functional parameters.
